cc-tcc-150x150The Trauma-Informed Care (TIC) Workgroup for the Second Judicial Circuit is hosting a conference of interest to volunteer guardians ad litem, staff and community supporters.

Join them on Friday, March 14, 2014 from 7:45 AM to 5:00 PM at the Tallahassee Community College Workforce Development Center for Instilling Hope III.

The conference will feature a meeting of the TIC Workgroup, several speakers in general sessions and three groups of fifteen breakout presentations including a representative from Canopy Cove Eating Disorder Treatment Center.

Established in August 2010, the mission of the TIC Workgroup is to bring awareness of and education about trauma to the community and implement trauma-informed care practices within local agencies.
